Acceptance of Work

    • By signing the job card or confirming a booking, the Customer authorizes the Company to perform the work as described, along with the estimated cost.
    • Any additional work discovered during the service will only be carried out after obtaining the Customer’s approval.

    Completion Time

    • The completion time provided at the time of booking or on the job card is an estimate only.
    • The Company will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to unavailability of spare parts, unforeseen mechanical issues, or third-party supplier delays.

    Payment

    • Full payment is due at the time of vehicle collection.
    • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, and Bank Transfer.
    • The Company reserves the right to retain the vehicle until full payment is received.
    • For services estimated to cost more than ₹10,000, the Customer is required to pay 50% of the estimated amount as advance before commencement of work. The balance must be paid upon completion of the service and before release of the vehicle.

    Liability & Risk

    • The Company shall not be held liable for loss, theft, fire, or damage to the vehicle or any personal belongings left inside the vehicle while it is in our custody, except in cases of gross negligence.
    • Customers are advised to remove all personal belongings before handing over the vehicle.

    Vehicle Collection & Storage

    • The Customer must collect the vehicle within 3 days of being notified of service completion.
    • Vehicles left beyond this period may incur daily parking charges, and the Company shall not be liable for any deterioration in vehicle condition during this period.

    Warranty on Service

    • Services and repairs are provided using standard practices.
    • Warranty on spare parts (if any) will be subject to the respective manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
    • The Company does not provide warranty for customer-supplied parts or for damages arising from misuse or negligence after delivery.

    Cancellations & Refunds

    Customer Responsibilities

    • Provide accurate information regarding the condition of the vehicle.
    • Ensure timely approval for additional repairs if required.
    • Collect the vehicle promptly after completion.

    Dispute Resolution

    • Any disputes or concerns should first be addressed directly with the Company through negotiation.
    • If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

    Governing Law

    • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

    Amendments

    • The Company reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our official website and will be effective immediately.
