Refund and Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation

  • Once the job card has been signed and work authorized, cancellation is not permitted.
  • If the customer cancels before work has started, only inspection charges (if any) will be applicable.

Refunds

  • Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed after the vehicle has been collected from the workshop.
  • Refunds will be initiated within 2–4 business days from the date of vehicle collection.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment

Advance Payments

  • For services estimated above ₹10,000, a 50% advance payment is required.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • If cancellation is requested before work has started, the advance (after deducting inspection charges, if any) may be refunded as per the above timelines.

No-Show Policy

  • If the customer fails to drop or collect the vehicle as scheduled, no refund will be provided for advance payments or completed work.
